Membership
Membership is open to individuals and groups employed
in or embracing the provision of therapeutic leisure programming for
those requiring health care assistance. Memberships can be selected
from the following categories:
| ACTIVE - An active member must be currently employed in the Activity field. Active members have full voting privileges, can hold office, and can serve on committees of WRAP. |
| ASSOCIATE - Individuals having an interest in or desire to embrace the philosophy of WRAP. Associate members are not currently employed as Activity professionals. Associate members enjoy all stated benefits of active members with the exception of voting privileges. |
| SUPPORTIVE - A supportive membership is open to those organizations, agencies, health care associations, service providers, state activity associations and/or other groups interested in or being supportive of the Activity Profession. Supportive Members enjoy the opportunity to serve in an advisory, non-voting capacity on committees, the ability to advertise their WRAP membership status, discounted advertising rates in the newsletter "Wrapping It Up!", and reduced vendor fees at the annual state conference. |
